Protect deliverability with number registration + pacing
Outbound performance depends heavily on number reputation and sending patterns. This month we added two deliverability-focused controls: phone number registration (link numbers to your business to help clean up number history) and call pacing (limit how frequently each phone number can place calls).

Phone number registration (manual for now)
Fill out a short form with your business information.
We submit the registration on your behalf.
Share the phone numbers you want tied to your business. We attach them to your account, which starts the “cleaning history” process.
Call pacing
Set no more than [X] calls per phone number
Set at most 1 call every [Y] minutes per phone number

Improve number reputation over time: register your business and associate your outbound numbers to reduce the chance they’re treated as “likely spam” due to prior history.
Control call cadence per number: avoid bursts by setting caps and minimum spacing between calls.
Safer scaling: spread volume across time/numbers with predictable pacing.

Call Insights: filter calls by an Insight (and value) to surface conversations that match the outcome you care about.
Bulk buy numbers (auto-tagged by state): You can now purchase numbers in bulk and we will automatically tag them by state so it’s easier to organize and assign them.
Add extra numbers (Billing add-on): Need more numbers than your plan includes? You can now add additional numbers as a Billing add-on so you can scale up without changing your plan.
