Hi Fluentser,
New month, new Fluents.ai updates. This month: a refreshed Campaigns experience with a new look and smoother management, global + filtered Insights to manage and share insights across agents while extracting valuable data, and an Experimental Features toggle so you can preview what could be next on Fluents.ai.
Meet the new Campaigns experience
Campaigns now has a new, more centralized experience, so you can set up, manage, and monitor outreach without bouncing between pages. Create a campaign, click into it, and find everything you need in one place: flow, schedule, contacts, activity, and settings.
Opt in when you’re ready: the new experience is available to everyone. Toggle it on via “Use beta campaigns” (default is off).
Everything lives inside the campaign: open a campaign to view and manage all details in one place (no more creating a campaign, going back, then hunting for where to import/monitor).
Easier contact management: add contacts directly from the campaign (CSV upload or CRM integration).
Edit scheduling without friction: update your contact window / schedule from within the campaign.
Monitor the campaign you care about: track performance and activity for that specific campaign (instead of a shared monitor view).
Multi-channel outreach flows: build sequences with phone calls, emails, and SMS in the same campaign.
And even more improvements are coming to Campaigns:
Voicemail per step: override the agent default with no voicemail or a different voicemail per step.
Call limits per number: set a cap per phone number to reduce the risk of getting flagged.
Smarter pacing across the contact window: use the full window instead of mass calling (ideal for transfer-focused campaigns).
Better stats & visibility: clearer reporting on scheduled vs. completed calls.

New agent skills: more control during live calls
Skills let you add new capabilities quickly while keeping your agent’s behavior consistent across calls.
In-call Email Collect and confirm an email address during the call, then use it to send follow-up information (like pricing sheets, next steps, or a recap) without waiting for manual outreach.
In-call SMS Send a text message during or right after the call—useful for sharing a short confirmation, a “we missed you” note, or a next-step prompt when the contact prefers SMS.
Call Screening Handling Helps your agent handle gatekeepers and “wrong person” scenarios by asking for the right decision-maker, requesting the best contact method, and keeping the conversation polite and on track.
IVR Navigation Enables your agent to move through phone menus (pressing the right options) to reach the intended department or person, instead of getting stuck at “Press 1 for…” prompts.
End Call Gives your agent a reliable way to end the call immediately and cleanly when the conversation is complete (or when the user requests it), so it doesn’t linger or keep talking.
Skills you can add to any agent:

Quick hits
Small switches that make it easier to test what’s next:
Experimental Features toggle: turn experimental features on/off from Edit environment → Experimental Features. Current experiments include Training Center, Messages, and Data Mapping.
User invites, now visible: view active users plus pending invitations in one place, and quickly resend an invite if it was missed or expired.
New: Documentation Assistant + Live Support: get answers from the docs faster—and message the Fluents team directly when you need help.
